As soon as you get in touch with us, we will send you over the questionnaire. From this point onwards, we are here for you every step of your journey.
The results from the questionnaire will allow us to tailor your personal training experience. Please note that this is a confidential service.
We will be begin by looking at your health.
We test your boddies current limits. This provides me with the data to fully understand and establish what exercises best suit you.
We will work around your busy lifestyle. Your nutrition programme will be adapted constantly to take into account your progress.
We move on to the fun part and start training. This is where my 7 years experience providing advanced yet most importantly fun training sessions comes into it's own.
